Second, calculate the surface area of the pool in square feet (length times width). Third, refer to the heating table below. AO Series 2 Models are design cer tdied by the American Gas Association as gas-fired swimming pool, spa and hot tub heaters for natural gas and propane outdoor and indoor installations. All models constructed for 75 psi working pressure. 3. For installations above 2,000 ft. altitude, contact your distributor ~or a special High Altitude Heater~ This is important for safe and effective operation. For altitudes above $,000 ft., select a High Altitude Heater one size larger in capacity than above chart indicates. 4. The Series 2 ESG is available with pilot light only. It is approved for sale in all states and Canada except where electronic ignition has been mandated by [aw. When electronic ignition is desired, specify a Series 2 ESC or ESS Gold. 5. Teledyne Laars maintains a poScy of continuous improvement and therefore reserves the right to change specifications without not~ce. How To Choose A Series 2 Heater For Your Spa To determine which size heater to specify, first identify the number of gallons your spa holds. Decide the heat-up time which is most consistent with your lifestyle, and then note on the chart below the Series 2 model necessary to achieve that. The chart indicates the approximate time required to raise spa temperature 30°E For energy conservation and lowest heating cost, refer to Series 2 operating instructions or Teledyne Laars "Facts About Spas and How to Heat Them:' Note there is a significant difference in heating time for the various size heaters. For example, to raise the temperature from 70°F to 100°F, a 125,000 BTUH input heater on a 600 gallon spa will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (depending on additional factors such as wind, spa insula- tion, etc.). With a 400,000 BTUH heater, hea, ting to 100°F would be accomplished in about 28 minutes. By comparison, a 6kW electric heater would require about~7 hours and 19 minutes, and a 1.5kW electric heater would heat a 600 gallon spa in 29 hours and 15 minutes. The premises in, question is located in the "A-C" Agricultural- Conservation Zone District and is referred to as District 1000. Section Block 01, Lot Nos. q.~ and ~.5 (previously Lot No. 2) on the Suffolk County Tax Maps. situate along the southerly side of Oregon Road, distant approximately 730 feet west of its intersection with Bridge Lane. Cutchogue. 2. The subject premises, as exists, contains a total combined lot area of, 21+- acres, four acres of which have been applied strictly to use of the main dwelling structure together with an accessory barn utilized as accessory living area for a family member and domestic servants - see prior ZBA conditions rendered January lq, 1993 under Appeal No. ~lq~; the remaining 17.18 acres are under the Southold Town Development Rights Program which limits use of, the land for farmland purposes as shown by deed at Liber 11630 page 7S8 dated May 13. 1993. P~ge 2~- Appl. No. 4216 Matter of LIEB VINEYARDS. INC. Decision Rendered March 7, 199a, 3. Section 100-33 of- the Zoning Code requires that all accessory buildings be located in the rear yard. except in the case of waterfront parcels. (The subject parcel is not waterfront. } ~,. The relief sought by this application is a variance for approval of the proposed location, as modified, in the front yard area for an accessory swimmingpool and accessory cabana structure within a fence enclosure. For the record, a previous-application and determination was rendered November 9. 1992 under Appl. No. u,132A for similar relief and similar location. 5. For the record; it is also noted that: ia} the size of the pool has been modified from 20' by e,O' to 26' by (b} the size of the accessory cabana structure scales out to be approximately 12' by 18' and will be utilized strictly for storage and purposes incidental to use of the pool - not for future additional sleeping area or other residential-type use.
