Klaffky Occupied, owner Upon request of Joseph Saland, Main Road, Jamesport, for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this one story framed dwelling. Accompanied by Mr. Saland, we were admitted to dwelling by Mrs. Klaffky and began inspection at approximately 10:30 A.M. The building is constructed on a cement block foundation with full cellar and space for garaging two vehicles. Ground floor consists of living room, dining room, library room, kitchen, three bedrooms, each with full bathroom. A guest cottage containing one large room and a half bathroom is located in rear yard of premises. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, were found: Guest Cottaie - Termite tube noted at base of wood paneled wall, Article III, Section 52-32 A. Exterior trim, eaves and soffit of roof, paint peeling exposing wood trim to elements. Article III, Section 52-31.
