ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Bayview in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot No. 25 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Leeward Acres at Bayview" and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 4, 1977 as Map No. 5599 said lot being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Leeward Drive which said point is distant easterly 177 .09
feet from the extreme easterly end of an arc of a curve connecting the easterly side of Jacob's Lane with
the southerly side of Leeward Drive;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the southerly side of Leeward Drive the following
