WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the

the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk on June 11, 1975 as Map No. 6266, being
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point distant 364.44 feet from the comer formed by the
intersection of the westerly side of The Long Way and the northerly side of The
Cross Way;
RUNNING THENCE along said northerly side of The Cross Way, South 83
degrees 27 minutes 45 seconds West, 77.73 feet to the division line of Lots 38
and 39;
THENCE along said division line between Lots 38 and 39, North 21 degrees 46
minutes 00 seconds West, 276.72 feet;
