Second's. section: Beginning 69.78 feet northward of monument "A" at a locust post marked "2", then extending northward for 52.50 feet and ending 3.50 feet south of cement monument "B" at locust post "3" on the survey. Third section: Beginning 1.50 feet north of cement monument "B" at locust post "4" and extending north for 9.00 feet and ending at locust post "5". Please note that the same kind of boundary fetching, for which permit #21351Z was granted to us on April 20, 1993, is about two-thirds completed and that the remaining one-third is in progress. Please note also that the topography of our eastern boundary is such that the five-foot gap between posts 3 and 4, together with the other 77 feet of unfenced boun- ary line north of proposed post 5, allows the adjacent property owner convenient access paths to the entire portion of the shoreline of Arshamo- maque Pond as stipulated in the enclosed easement. We have placed short green metal stakes in the ground at the proposed locations of posts 1, 2, 3 and 4. None of the 81 feet of fending described above is on wetlands. Daniel N. Slatkin Mara B.
