Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. The following terms when used in this Part shall have the following meanings: (a) "Act" shall mean the Tidal Wetlands Act (Article 25 I of the environmental conservation law as from time to time amended).
