a point where the southerly line of the recharge basin intersects
the easterly line of the subdivision as depicted on the Map of
Wildberry Fields filed with the Suffolk County Clerk on June 21,
2001 as Map Number 10691 and running contiguously along the
southerly line of the recharge basin and the southerly line of
Lots 5, 6, 7 , 8 and 9 and continuing along the westerly side of Lot
9 to Wildberry Lane and thence from the point of beginning of the
recharge basin and the southerly (rearyard) lot line of the
Wildberry Fields Map for a distance of fifteen feet parallel to
the southerly line of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 and extending along
the westerly side of Lot 9 to Wildberry Lane, which easement area
is to remain natural without any farm storage use, including but
not limited to any agricultural implements, tools, equipment, or
machinery of any kind, with enforcement by any then owner of Lots
