JENSEN 4155 BAY SHORE ROAD, GREENPORT SCTM#: 1000-53-6-21 Dear Ms. Moore: This letter is a follow up to your letter of June 1, 2023, along with photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove the five (5) trees that are located on your client's property which trees are within 100' of the wetlands. These trees were reviewed and seen by Trustee Liz Gillooly on June 9, 2023. The Board of Trustees determined that the three (3) dead trees, and the two (2) live trees that are impacting structure may be removed at this time. Trustees would like a one to one replacement of the two live trees that are being removed, with two native hardwood trees with at least a 3" caliper. No permit will be required in order to perform this work. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
