and 16 on a certain map entitled, "M.S. Hand" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on September 18, 1930 as Map No. 730, which said tots when taken
together are more particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Stillwater Avenue where the division line
between lots 16 and 17 as shown on said map intersects the easterly side of Stillwater
Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 57 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds East
360.00 feet to the Ordinary High Water Mark of Eugene's Creek;
THENCE on a tie line course and distance of South 39 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds
East 101.25 feet to the division line between Lots 14 and 15 as shown on said map;
