Project Description: Conduct construction activity within 1 00'from the landward edge
of wetlands for the construction of a new single-family dwelling with'2 car attached
garage, pool with spa and patio;•and for the existing deer-fencing that surrounds
property.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in"Chapter 275 of the Southold Town.Code. The issuance,of an
Administrative Permit allows for.the operations as indicated on the site plan prepared by
Brian Glasser Architect, P,C., dated January 33, 2023, and stamped,approved_on
February 15, 2023.
Special Conditions: Establish and perpetually maintain an 18' non-turf buffer landward
of bank,and that the area seaward of.Wnk be established.and perpetually maintained as
a non-disturbance area. Subject,to review by Southold Town, Building Department under
Chapter 236 Storm Water Management.
The-Permittee is required to provide evidence that a copy of this Trustee permit has
been recorded with the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as a notice covenant and deed
restriction.to the deed of the.subject parcel Such evidence shall be provided within
ninety (90) calendar days of issuance•of this permit.
Inspections: Final Inspection..
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
