and ABS 3840.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party to the first part by deed made by
Paul E. Weymouth and Faith Weymouth, dated August 8, 2002, and recorded on August 16, 2002 in Liber
12203 Page 899 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
