The inspection covered the framing for the new accessory structure. The areas inspected included the base support framing, first floor and roof of the new accessory building. The framing work included structural supports, exterior and interior walls, floors and roof. The inspection results are: Items inspected included lumber type/grade, lumber size, dimensional spacing, framing connections, header sizes,bearing, continuity strapping and integration with the concrete pier foundation. The framing work was done according to approved plans and in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
