The inspection covered the replacement of the existing rear deck at the residential structure. The construction work included the footings and foundations. The inspection results are: Items inspected included the pier depth, size, and reinforcement. The footing and pier work was done according to approved plans and in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
