Environmental Consulting P.O. Box 447 Quogue, NY 11959-0447 RE: FISHERS ISLAND WHITE HOUSE, LLC CRESCENT AVENUE, FISHERS ISLAND SCTM# 1000-6-2-8 Dear Mr. Just, The office of the Board of Trustees received your Wetland Permit application for a proposed new dwelling and septic system for the above referenced property. The Board reviewed the file and determined that this proposed project is considered Exempt per Ch. 275-4-A.(1)(m) Operations landward of a public road whereby the public road is located between the water body that is the source of Trustee jurisdiction and the operations. Because that section of Crescent Avenue it maintained by Southold Town, it is considered a public road therefore no permit to perform the proposed work on this property is required at this time. This is not a determination from any other agency. Sincerely, Glenn Goldsmith President F S Drawing Copyright©2015 BSE VED BY ::TPETE PARENT, P.E.
