Minutes of June 26, 2023 meeting
• Meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm by John Slattery
• Present were: Chris North, Jack Slattery, Jim Abbott, Tom MacLeod
• Absent(excused) -- William Ryan
• Absent (unexcused) -- Michael Regan
• Also attending: Chief Flatley
• Minutes of May 22, 2023 meeting were approved
• Old Business
o Tom MacLeod and Chris North provided their overviews of the last
Working Group meting where in the Supervisor thanked the members for
their work and indicated that the Town Board would now approve Lexipol
and work with the Chief and his team to reconcile the Working Group's
spread sheet with Lexipol
• New Business
o Slattery briefed the PAC on the Supervisors appointment of Slattery to
negotiating committee that will work with PBA on work schedules. Capt.
Ginas and Town Attorney are the other two members of this committee
• Next Meeting July 31, 2023 @4:00 pm
• Meeting adjourned at 4:45 pm
