It is my family's position (Marie C.McMann/Carla M. Mcmann)that we do not grant access or usage of our property located at 58455 County Road 48, Greenport. This includes but is not limited to use of the property for access to beach or existing bulkhead, delivery or storage of construction materials, construction dumpsters, parking of construction, personal or commercial vehicles, etc. Our property is currently a vacant plot of land that is overgrown by nature, with no path for beach access. Over the past two decades, construction of the bulkhead and home renovations on the property to the west of 58455 has had an adverse effect on our property causing further erosion and decimated land from construction vehicles and construction debris littering the lot once the projects came to completion. In conclusion, we are happy the new property owners of 58525 County Road are taking steps to secure their investment, and wish them much success with their project and many years of enjoyment of the property! I am out of town and will not be present for the scheduled hearing on Wednesday August 16th. please feel free to contact me if further information or concerns arise regarding my concerns. We are not planning on doing any construction to the cottage or decks at this time. If we do, we will submit a separate application. I will get back to you on the grading questions. N Jennifer i I Good Morning, i i The office of the Board of Trustees is in receipt of the application for the above referenced property. At this time, there is more detail being requested before we can proceed. I The project plans show a line of limit of fill/disturbance that cross through two; of the decks on the seaward side and there is a question of the cottage along the west side. If these two decks need to be removed/replaced/repaired or if the cottage, etc. needs to be worked on in any way due to the reconstruction of the bulkhead, additional permits will be required and your plans/project description need to be revised to include that work and the size of each structure. When looking on googie earth, the concrete driveway that exists appears to abut the bulkhead to which then will the concrete driveway need to be removed/partially removed and replaced? If yes, this too will need to be revised on the pians and in the varitten project description along with the size, of said driveway.
