Addendum to the Site Plan Use Determination
January 18, 2019
Premium Wine Group
The Planning Department recommends that a site plan for this accessory storage
building is not required. The reasons for this recommendation include the
following:
1. The new proposed building is very small (at only 460 sq. ft.), and is only a
2% increase in the existing building area footprint.
2. It is located behind existing buildings and out of view of the scenic byway.
3. It is located out of the main circulation of the site and will not affect the
operation of the site as previously approved by the Planning Board.
4. The public will not access the new building or the area around the new
building.
