First Street, New Suffolk SCTM# 1000-117-8-18 Zoning District: Marine H (MIX) Dear Mr. Raynor: Today, the Planning Board office received nine copies of a site plan showing a one story building, but labeled "Proposed 2nd Floor Addition". The submission was not accompanied by a completed site plan approval form, EAF and check for the new proposal. The previously submitted forms refer to a two story project, therefore cannot be used for the plans submitted today. We still have on file an incomplete application for a two story restaurant addition. If you wish to withdraw that application, please send a letter requesting closure of that file, including a new application form, environmental assessment, and application fee for the modification of the existing restaurant.
