APPLICATION FOR CERTITICATE OF OCCUPANCY
This application must be filled in by typewriter OR ink end submitted to the building
inspector with the following: for new building or new use:
Final survey of property with accurate locstion of ali buildings, property lines,
streets, and unusual natural or topographic features.
Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-9 form).
Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains
less than 2/10 of 1% lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings
end instellations, a certificete.of Code Compliance from architect or engineer.

6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.
For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner at a point on the northerly'
side of a certain 33 foot wide private roadway and which point
is easterly a distance of 80 feet from the southeasterly corner
of lands heretofore conveyed to Robert H. McIlroy, measured
along the northerly line of the said private right of way on a
course running North 82 degrees 49 minutes O0 seconds East; run-
ning thence along land now or formerly of Greene and on a line
parallell to the easterly line of the land of said Robert H.
McIlroy North 31 degrees 20 minutes West a distance of 278 feet
to the mean highwater line of the Long Island Sound; thence along
the mean highwater line of the Long Island Sound on a tie line
bearing North 68 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds East 78.60 feet
to the southwesterly side of land now or formerly of Rock; thence
along said land, South 31 degrees 20 minutes East and on a line
parallel to the westerly line of the premises herein described
a distance of 300 feet to the northerly line of said private
right of way; and thence along the northerly line of the said
private right of way South 82 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds West
a distance of 85 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way to the North Road, 33 feet in width
running along the southerly line of the premises herein described1
and the northerly line of sa~d~right of way running the fgllo~-
ing courses and distances: (1) North 82 degrees 49 minutes ~asm
352.30 feet, I~/ North 67 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East
263.62 feet, North 81 degrees 22 minutes East 355.57 feet
continuing easterly to Mill Lane,
TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet in width leading from said
above described right of way through other lands of said Nelson
Axien and continuing through lands now or formerly of Henry Smith
and thence continuing one (1) rod in width along the easterly
side of lands of George Stepnoski, or continuing in a southerly
direction over Henry~Lane, a town highway, to C.R. 27.

c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
