I have been retained to review and certify several of the Existing Structures that
currently exist at the facilities known as Islands End Golf& Country Club. At this time
and to the best of my knowledge and According to the Building Inspector,three existing
structures will need building permits prior to issuance of an updated C.O. for all property
associated with the Golf Course.
Building#4—Pro Shop (Inspected 12/8/20)
Requires a Building Permit and an Electrical Inspection
An Existing Condition Floor Plan has-been provided with this application for
Permit. From the records I have found it would appear that the renovation of an old barn
into the current Pro Shop was done in the early 1980's approximately 40 years ago. This
existing"As-Built" structure is considered Seasonal Use and is not operational during the
winter months.
I have no record of the work or access to plans regarding the actual renovation of
the barn. At this time and from my visual inspections there appears to be no significant
sagging or apparent structural issues related to the building as it currently exists. The floor
plan related to the existing conditions in the pro shop has been enclosed and I have been
informed that the basement area of the building will be cleared of all office space and work
areas. This basement area will be strictly for storage. To the best of my ability and
understanding of the pro shop structure I hereby certify that this barn renovation would
have met the NYS Building Codes in effect at the time of construction.
Greenport High School Golf Team Shed(Inspected 12/8/20)
Requires a Building Permit
This small structure is located in the Parking lot along the easterly property line and
immediately south of Building# 5 —Small Garage. No plans have been found for this
structure and it is considered to be a shed with less than 100 Square Foot of floor area.

Construction of this Manufactured Office Trailer. This trailer was moved to the site

My inspection was .conducted on the morning of 12/2/20 and the trailer has been
upgraded to include a water& electrical service. Interior non-structural renovations are
currently ongoing and should be included within this Building Permit Application.
Pictures were taken and a foundation frame number has been provided for your reference.
