No. 4313 - Variance for Shed (Mill Creek Inn) Dear Mr. Schoenhaar: Please find enclosed a copy of the determination rendered by the Board of Appeals at our June 7, 1995 Regular Meeting and filed today with the Town Clerk's Office concerning your variance application. You sheuld be aware that the Suffolk County Department of Planning may contact you directly for its review since your property is located within 500 feet of a waterway, State or County Road. In most cases, the County will determine that the Town action is acceptable and for wldch no further action will be necessary by the Town. At this time, it is recommended that you check with the Building Department (765-1802) to be sure the bnilding permit application request is complete for the Building Inspector's final review and returned to the "active" shelf for issuance within the next 10 days, if possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to call either the Building Department or our office.
