Dear Mr.Verity,
I am writing to notify you of my,intent to file for a permit for an interior renovation with a change of
use at the Ordnance Building,Jocated on Fox Lane on Fishers Island.This is an existing 17,000 sq.
ft. building on tax lot 1000-12-1-2 in Zoning District B that was most recently used for storage.The
proposed renovation would convert the interior into artists'studios with ancillary spaces such as a
pantry, meeting area,and lounge, Please find attached a copy of proposed plans for your review.
