WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part. in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part. does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York,
known and designated on "Amended Map 'A' of Nassau Point, owned by
Nassau Point Properties, Inc.", filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922, as Map No. 156, as and by
part of Lots numbered 172, 173 and 174, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly line of Old Cove Road at the
division line between Lots numbered 174 and 175 on the aforementioned
map, which monument is the northwesterly corner of the premises herein
described; thence from said point of beginning running North 780 36'
20" East 177.10 feet to other land of Stanley R. and Louise P. Gould;
thence running along said last mentioned land the following three (3)
courses and distances:
(1) South 110 23' 40" East
(2) South 570 21' 20" West
(3) South 780 36' 20" West
Widmayer;
thence along said last _mentioned land, North 110 23' 40" West 185.12
feet to a monument on the easterly line of Old Cove Road; thence' along
an irregular curve on the easterly line of said Old Cove.Road on a
