(More history here: htt.gs.//wwvi.Doernarine.com.,hi-story) Within these historic walls we hope to reinvigorate this as a hub for Port of Egypt Marine Customers and the working waterfront of Southold. Continued use as a clubhouse for Port of Egypt marina and pool customers. Marine education and training including boater's safety, captain's licensing, scuba training, etc Infrastructure for oyster farming including: • Cooperative cold-storage space in conjunction with NYS Grown&Certified Food Safety program. • Ice production for packing-out boats for cost savings to farmers as well as improved food safety controls. Weekdays the space will be available as a Co-Working space for local entrepreneurs with workshops and mentoring. (Current focus on aquaculture and food related industries.
