Behr - Building Permit #22765-Z & Building Permit #22653-Z Mr. Behr applied for a building permit for an inground swimming pool with fence enclosure on April 1, 1995. .Building Permit #22653-Z was issued and a fee of $150.00 was paid. On April 27, 1995, Mr. Behr applied to amend the permit to include a deck around the pool, fee $93.00. Building Permit #22765-Z was issued in error on May 16, 1995 for an accessory inground swimming pool with deck surround fenced to code, and a fee of $243.00 was paid $150.00 Pool, $93.00 - Deck.
