Mr. Behr applied for a building permit for an inground
swimming pool with fence enclosure on April 1, 1995.
.Building Permit #22653-Z was issued and a fee of $150.00 was
paid. On April 27, 1995, Mr. Behr applied to amend the permit
to include a deck around the pool, fee $93.00.
Building Permit #22765-Z was issued in error on May 16, 1995
for an accessory inground swimming pool with deck surround fenced
to code, and a fee of $243.00 was paid $150.00 Pool, $93.00 -
Deck.
I request that the Town Board refund Mr. Behrs $243.00 as
he will pay the amended fee of $93.00.

a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector, with
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public sti'eetr
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which Js part o£ this appli
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commence~l before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will i~sued ~ Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupan%
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
