On the south east portion of our Marine II property behind the last storage building(referred to as building #6 and 7) we are desiring to remove trees and grade the existing land to be at the same ground level as the existing storage buildings. There is currently a large natural ravine that is in this same area,we are desiring to grade that to existing building levels and remove sand as necessary. The total affected area as shown on the survey we provided you is 325 feet wide by 350 feet long. The purpose of this regrading is to allow us sufficient room to store existing boats on the property and provide proper levels of car parking along the waterfront near the existing floating docks. Currently when boats are stored on land there is not ample room for parking of cars and to allow our equipment to operate safely around the Marina. We would like to proceed with this work as soon as possible. The work is over 200 feet away from the water's edge which is bullheaded. This property has been an active Marina since 1968. If you can please give us authorization to proceed with this work as we were not of the understanding that we needed any permits for this work.
