The C&L Realty owners request permission to relocate the moveable structure from the Courtyard
location to a location closer to the waterfront.Our patrons have requested the ability to provide a
structure for shade closer to our other waterfront seating area.The location will provide the patrons
outside access to view the bird sanctuary and Southold Bay near our waterfront lobby.
The structure is approximately an 8'hexagon shape and has been relocated several times since we
purchased itinZ0O6.vvewill have the ability manchor it tothe ground inthe proposed location.
