For convenience purposes, we have forwarded copies of this determination to the Building Depat'tment for their permanent reco]~ds. With reference to the sanitary system, you may wish to furnish the Health Department with copies of the Town Trustees' SEQRA determination and permit documents since they are the "local jurisdiction" in this proiect. The Zoning Board of Appeals does not have jurisdiction for sanitary systenm. "Local jurisdiction" is usually the "Board of Town Trustees" for the sanitary system~ near or adjacent to wetland areas.
