Specifically, the landing at the top of the ramp is inadequate in len1th and in excess of 1/2" below the top of the threshold which is the maximum allowed by law. In addition the ramp does not have the requisite curb, is not accessible to the adjacent parking area and is lacking the proper rail extensions. I also observed the following conditions and call them to your attention: 1. Secondary ramps to the North and South doors are in violation of the New York State Building Code, are poorly constructed and presents a tripping hazard. 2 . The HVAC system should have been balanced upon completion of alterations to the system. This. apparently has not been done and should be completed as soon as possible.
