Z12765 and Z24579. I would appreciate it if you or someone in your office would confirm to me that any structures shown on the enclosed survey that would require a building permit are covered by the permits referred to in the enclosed Certificates and are therefore covered by those Certificates. Please also confirm that the tax map reference in the first-mentioned CO should be 10-3-5 instead of 101-5-3. In case an application for an updated Certificate of Occupancy is required in connection with this inquiry, I have enclosed a completed application form and a check to the Town in the amount of the $50.00 fee.
