The drawings are all dated November 13, 1995. The scope of work for this project includes eliminating the attic space above the existing living room to provide a cathedral ceiling and an open storage loft with an access stair into the existing attic space above the existing bedrooms. The drawings are for the legalization of the aforementioned scope of work completed in the subject residence. The drawings outline the requirements for the alteration and do not represent or document the work installed or completed. I have notified the owner's that in order to obtain the necessary inspection sign-offs, parts of the construction will need to be opened up for inspect~o If you have any questions, or require additional information please do not hesitate to call me.
