Dear Mr. Verity: As per our conversation, I am writing to confirm that in my opinion, the carport at the above referenced property is adequately braced to prevent any lateral structural failure. We have increased the strength of the structure by providing bolts at critical connections, and have provided metal clips as required by Mr. Fish of your department.
