According to those regulations the presence of that structure removes the upland from the jurisdiction of the D.E.C. in that it is not the adjacent area. Please note section 661.4 (2). The adjacent property to the East, Praus and to the West, Baxter and Curran are bulk- headed. The total length of the entire structure is (+or-) 365'.
