As you will recall, the prior owner John Austine submitting an application for a Building Permit for a space within the dwelling which was converted from a garage to a dining room and laundry. The inspection has not been conducted. The purchasers will require that a Certificate of Occupancy be issued in connection with that space. Accordingly, enclosed please find an attorney's check in the amount of $25.00 payable to the Southold Town Clerk which represents the fee for the C/O.
