inspector with the following: for new building or new use:

3. Approval of electrical ~nsnaliacion from Board of Fire Underwriters.

less than 2/!0 of 1% lead·
5. Commercial building, industrial building, muiniple residences and simiiar buildings
and-installations, a certificate of Code Compliance from architect or engineer
responsible for the building.
Submit Planning Board Approval o'f completed site plan requirements.
For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and
"pre-existing" land uses:
1. ~ccurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and
unusual natural or topo§raphic features.
2. A properly completed application and a consent to inspect signed by the applicant.
If a Certificate of Occupancy is denied, the Building inspector shall s~ate the
re'sons therefor in ~rri~ing to ~he applicant.

Dear Georgia:
I represent Frederick R. & Joan R. Schwab, who purchased the above-referenced
premises.
As you will recall, the prior owner John Austine submitting an application for a
Building Permit for a space within the dwelling which was converted from a garage to a
dining room and laundry. The inspection has not been conducted. The purchasers will
require that a Certificate of Occupancy be issued in connection with that space.
Accordingly, enclosed please find an attorney's check in the amount of $25.00 payable to the
Southold Town Clerk which represents the fee for the C/O.
Please contact Mr. or Ms. Schwab at 516-735-5940 in order to obtain access to
inspect. Please also notify me when the C/O is issued. Thank you.
