To protect the values of the tidal wetland, a permanent vegetated buffer zone shall be established. A row of staked haybales or approvable erosion control devices shall be placed at the landward edge of the buffer area or 50 linear feet from the tidal wetland boundary, or as per NYSDEC approved plan, at commencement of regulated activities and remain in place until project is completed and all disturbed areas stabilized with vegetation. 9 . Roof runoff shall be directed to drywells a minimum of 100 feet landward of the tidal wetland boundary for immediate on- site recharge . 10 .
