Re: Permit#23663
I would like authorization to ammend the permit I was granted dated 9/6/96 for the
construction of a fence at my property at 1050 Trumans Path, East Marion. At that time
the permit allowed me to construct a fence consisting of four 8' of sections of 6' stockade
fence and six 8' sections of 4' stockade fence (marked in brown on survey) between my
property and Kettchams' property. At that time Mr. Ketcham had a wood pile that
extended over the property line next to the small dwelling in front of the main house.
(marked in red) This prevented me from continuing the fence the length of the property
towards the road. I did not want to inconvenience him by asking that the wood be
removed on short notice. During the winter, the wood was depleted and the new wood
pile has been relocated. I now have a clear access. I would, therefore, like to continue
the 4" section of fence towards the road. This section (marked in yellow) would take ten
sections of fence. The cost of materials would be about $200.
