The homeowners of 1 Mulford Court, Orient are requesting to demolish their existing in-ground pool
and deck and construct a new 20x40 pool and on grade patio.
Attached is a survey with the proposed 20x40 pool and patio on grade.
A public hearing will be held on July 19th, 2023, at the Southold Town meeting room,which is located at
53095 Main Road,Southold, NY.You are welcome to view the files available online at
www.southoldtownny.gov and/or in the Trustees Office until the day of the hearing, 8am-4pm.
