Dear Neighbour,
My name is Pablo De Miguel and I am the architect helping the Romo family renovate
their property at 1820 Wells Avenue.
As part of the renovation, we are proposing to improve the access to the pool from the
living area with a new wood deck and a pergola. Because of the location of the existing
house,this extension will encroach into the minimum secondary front yard setback, as
required by the current zoning code.
We are seeking relief from this requirement and a public hearing will be held by the
Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals on August 3rd, 2023 at 11:00 am.
