REASONS FOR BOARD ACTION, DESCRIBED BELOW: (1) The granting of the area variance will not produce an undesirable change in character of neighborhood or a detriment to nearby properties because 1he garage is set back 40.8 feet from Reeve Avenue and 29.2 feet from the nearest sideyard property- line. The garage has existed in its current side yard location for 35 years with no adverse affects. The small shed, situated behind the garage, is not visable from Reeve Avenue. It is more than 30 feet from the nearest side yard property line.
