I waited to file the application until the shed was moved so that I could accurately indicate the setback on the application. That work was completed yesterday. As per your directions,the relevant monuments are exposed, staked and attached by string. The shed now meets setback requirements as follows: The north corner nearest the road when measured in a perpendicular line to the property boundary is set back 48 feet The south corner nearest the road when measured in a perpendicular line to the property boundary is set back 44 feet. l Because the property is at an angle,the shortest distance from the shed to the i property boundary is also at an angle from the south corner to the boundary. 11at fI distance is 41.5 feet. The setback from my neighbor's property on the north side is 6 feet 2 inches. If it is possible given your busy schedule,I would request an inspection prior to November I lth. From November 1 I through November 23 I am required to be out of town on business and would like to be present at the inspection.
