I have investigated the single family residence previously owned by Mr. Franldin
Getchell my client on Brown's Hill Road in Orient. By probing in various rooms in the walls
and ceilings it has been determined to the best of my knowledge that the walls and ceilings have
bart insulation with a reflective face and has an R of I 1.
No representation can be made as to workmanship of the original installation.
