Dear Mr. Verity:
Pursuant to your instructions, I am enclosing herewith the
following:
1. Application for Building Permit for concrete bathhouse
and deck as built.
2. Application for CO.
3. My attorney's check in the sum of $75.00.
4. My attorney's check in the sum of $25.00 for the CO.
I have been advised by my clients that the deck was
constructed between 1964 and 1967. The Southold Town
Trustees did not have jurisdiction until 1974 and the DEC
did not have jurisdiction until 1977. Accordingly, it is my
opinion that it is not necessary to involve either of said
agencies. Furthermore, the deck is constructed behind the
bulkhead.
Mrs. Robinson is most anxious to schedule a closing and
anything your office can do to expedite the issuance of the
pre-CO for the house, bath house as repaired and deck, it
would be greatly appreciated.

Kathy Gillooly, being duly sworn, deposes and
states as follows:
That I am the daughter of Jeanne Robinson and Louis
Robinson.
That my parents purchased premises known as 7725 Nassau
Point Road, Cutchogue, New York in 1964.
That I can state with my own personal knowledge
remen%bering that the deck by the bath house was in existance
within a year or two after my parents purchased the property
i.e. between 1964 and 1967. I definitely remember that I
was 17 years of age i.e. in 1966, I had a water skiing
accident and remember sitting in a deck chair on the deck in
its present location.
I was married in 1971 and the wedding party took place
on the subject premises. I am annexing hereto photographs
of the deck as it existed in 1971. I am also annexing
herewith photographs of my grandmother and mother, which
photos were taken in the late 1960's, showing the deck. The
only changes to the deck over the years has been repair work
necessitated by storm damage.
