WHEREAS, on or about September 22, 2014, FARRUKH BAIG (the
"defendant'), entered a plea of guilty. to Counts One and Two of the above-captioned
indictment, charging violations of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1324(a)(1)(A)(v)(1), 1324(a)(1)(13)(i), 18
U.S.C. §§ 1343 and 1349; and
WHEREAS, on April 23, 2015, this Court entered a Preliminary Order of
Forfeiture (the "Preliminary Order') pursuant to Rule 32.2 of the Federal Rules of Criminal
Procedure, forfeiting all right, title and interest in, inter alfa, the following:
a) a forfeiture money judgment in the amount of five million, six
thousand, four hundred eighteen dollars and six cents ($5,006,418.06)(the 'Forfeiture Money
Judgment');
b) all right, title and interest accorded to the franchisee pursuant to
that certain Store Franchise Agreement dated November 11, 1988 for 7-Eleven store number

WHEREAS on May 5, 2015, Defendant was sentenced, and the Preliminary
Order became final as to Defendant ptusuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure
32.2(b)(4)(A) and (B) and paragraph 8 of the Preliminary Order;
WHEREAS, legal notice of the forfeittae as to the Subject Assets identified in
paragraphs t) — ee) of the second recital above was published In illus district on the official

November 2,2015 tluotrdi and nrcluding December 1,2015(Docket_no. 266);

the Subject Assets;

WHEREAS, the govennvent moves to vacate from the Prehnimry Order the
Subject Assets identified in paragraphs b)—s) of the second recital above; and
WHEREAS, no third party has filed with the Cow any petition or claim nil
connection with the Subject Assets and the time to do so under 21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(2) has
expired.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED, that pta•suant to 8 U.S.C. § 1324(b)(1), 18 U.S.C. §§ 981(a)(1)(C) and 982(a)(6),
28 U.S.C. § 2461(c) and 21 U.S.C. § 853(p), the Subject Assets identified in paragraphs t) --
ee) of the second recital above (collectively, the `Forfeited Assets') aie hereby condenmed,
forfeited, and vested in the Unfitted States of America.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Subject Assets identified ni paragraphs b)
—s) of the second recital above are vacated li-onr the Prelhiinary Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Deparhuent of Homeland
Seciuity/iuumgr•ation aild Customs Enforcement and/or Customs and Border Protection, or its
duly authorized agents and/or contractors be, and hereby are,directed to dispose of the Subject
Assets and any and all other payments towards the Forfeiture Money Judgrmerit hi accordance
with all applicable laws and regulations.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of New York shall retain jurisdiction over this case for the purposes of
enforcing the Prelnrrnrary 01 der this Fnral Order of Forfeiture and any supplemental orders
of forfeiture as may be necessary.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall enter final judgment
of forfeiture to the United States in accordance with the terms of this Final Order of Forfeiture
and the Preliminary Order.

mail three (3) certified copies of this executed Final Order of Forfeiture to the United States
Attorney's Office, Eastern District of New York, Attn: Asset Forfeiture Paralegal, Kristen
