To Southold Town Building Department,
SMB Real Estate Services realizes that there is a need for affordable housing in the Town of
Southold. We are proposing to construct affordable housing apartments on the property
located at 56025 Main Road, Southold which is located within walking distance to the Southold
Town Business District and the Long Island Railroad Station.
We are proposing to construct a single-story building with 6 apartments, 3 of the apartments
will be used for affordable housing.The building will be approximately 24'x 220'and divided
equally into 6, 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartments, 850-950 sq ft. Each apartment will have a
separate parking space.
