The building size is 75' x 50' with 2/3 layout for machining work and parts sales. There is an existing building that will be used in the parts business. Site plan approval has been given for a 25' x 50' addition that when built will be used for parts sales and office. This floor plan layout represents the intended use for the building and zoning as applied for. I will need a letter from the Town stating that the accessory motor vehicle repair bay will be allowed at this location, 205 Route 48, for registration with New York State. This registration is necessary for me to have, even though repair work is done as an accessory use. My public hearing at Town Hall for site plan approval met with no opposition for an agricultural equipment repair shop and again when it was ammended to agricultural equipment machine shop.
