Box 655 Orient NY 11957 RE: SCTM # 15-3-46 Dear Ms. Swanson, The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated' and received in our office on September 30, 1998 and determined that your proposal to erect a 165' split rail fence along east border of property up to, but behind, the coastal erosion hazard line, to be out of the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a permit from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
