Good Morning Nancy,
I dropped off the plans to Sue in your office.She said that you were in code class all week. I remember you mentioning
that as soon as I you got the stamped plans,you would be able to issue a building permit the next day. I was just
wondering if theres any chance that I'd be able to get the building permit this week or even perhaps Monday?
Also, here is the breakdown for my expected expenses for the project:
The bathroom sink is already ADA accessible and my refrigerated Cheese display case is only for customer viewing as it
only opens to staff side.
I am figuring to make the entire service/cashier counter height 32" which will also have built in product shelves as
depicted in the floor plan. I also plan to install stall grab handles in the bathroom in order to be more ADA accessible.
My projected expense for this project is$9900,of which (a)-$2500 for the ADA compliant service/cashier counter and
product display with countertop, (b) -$200 bathroom grab handles which accounts for approximately 27%towards ADA
accessibility. I hope this is all you need.
