3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of I%lead.
5. Commercial building,industrial building,multiple residences and similar buildings and installations,a certificate
of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.
B. For existing buildings(prior to April 9,1957)non-conforming uses,or buildings and"pre-existing"land uses:

Inspection—Framing
On October 12, 2020, I inspected the As-Built Basement conditions at the note location.
The inspection covered the framing for the basement interior. The areas inspected
included the finished and unfinished basement areas. The framing work included and
interior walls and ceilings. The inspection results are:
Items inspected included lumber type/grade, lumber size, dimensional spacing, framing
connections,header sizes,bearing, and integration with the concrete foundation.
The framing work matched what was shown on the approved plans and in compliance
with the applicable sections of the NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
Result-The framing work, as verified by field inspection on October 12,2020, is
compliant with the as-built drawings,permit requirements and applicable codes.

Inspection—Plumbing
On October 12,2020, 1 visually inspected the As-Built Basement conditions at the noted
location. The inspection covered the plumbing work for the basement bathroom and
existing laundry room. The inspection results are:
Items inspected included the fixtures, water feeds, drainage and vent system for the
basement bathroom and existing laundry room. The systems were observed in operation
and found to be in good condition and functioning as designed. The bathroom was
properly integrated with the original house systems. The laundry room plumbing
remained as it previously existed.
The plumbing work performed as on the approved plans and is in compliance with the
applicable sections of the NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
Result- The plumbing work, as verified by field inspection on October 12, 2020, is
compliant with the as-built drawings,permit requirements and applicable codes.

Inspection—Concrete
On October 12, 2020, 1 visually inspected the As-Built Basement conditions at the noted
location. The inspection covered the concrete foundation and wall work for the basement
exterior stairs. The areas inspected included the finished stairwell and staircase. The
inspection results are:
Items inspected included the concrete walls, concrete stairs and concrete base landing.
The overall structure was observed and found to be in good condition and functioning as
designed. The structure appeared to be properly integrated with the original concrete
foundation.
The exterior concrete work matched what was shown on the approved plans and in
compliance with the applicable sections of the NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
Result-The exterior concrete, as verified by field inspection on October 12, 2020,is
compliant with the as-built drawings,permit requirements and applicable codes.

Inspection—Rear Deck Foundation,Framing and Structure
On October 12, 2020, I visually inspected the Rear Deck Replacement at the noted
location. The inspection covered the concrete foundation,the framing system and deck
surface, stairs, and railing. The inspection results are:
Concrete Foundation:
The inspection included the concrete piers and framing attachment for the replacement
deck. The concrete piers were constructed according to the approved drawings. The
concrete pier positon was in accordance with the approved drawings. The concrete pier
diameter, depth and anchorage were correctly constructed.
Deck Framing and Surface:
The framing inspection included the supporting beams,floor joists, staircase supports and
framing attachment for the replacement deck. The framing system was constructed
according to the approved drawings. Items inspected included limber type/grade, lumber
size, dimensional spacing, framing connections, beam sizes,bearing, continuity strapping
and integration with the concrete foundation.
The surface inspection included the deck boards and attachment. The surface system was
constructed according to the approved drawings. Items inspected included deck board
type/grade, size, dimensional spacing, connections,bearing, and integration with the
framing system.

Stairs and Railing:
The inspection included the staircase and railing systems for the replacement deck. The
staircase and railing systems were constructed according to the approved drawings. The
southerly staircase was not installed. The staircase dimensions (rise and run)were
correctly constructed. The staircase structure, stringers and treads were properly installed
and attached to the foundations. The railings are the correct height for the deck elevation
and the staircase. The railings were properly installed and attached to the framing system.
Result- The Rear Deck Replacement, as verified by field inspection on October 12,
2020, is compliant with the approved drawings. The Rear Deck Replacement work was
done according to and in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and
Southold Town Building Codes
