Co. Tax Map#1000-125-4-5 It has been brought to the attention of the Building Department that a shed and roofed structure were erected without first obtaining a Building Permit. According to the Code of the Town of $outhold, a Building Permit is required before any construction can be undertaken. Before releasing the Certificate of Occupancy for your inground swimming pool under BP#24887-Z, you need to apply for a Building Permit for the above structures.
