Due to financial reasons, I have decided eliminate the attached two car garage and the mudroom / breezeway. There will be no structural changes, and at the 30" opening which was formally between the kitchen and mudroom I will install a 30" insulated steel entry door. Some other minor astetic changes proposed: * Cedar siding on front fascade only, vinyl elsewhere. * 25 year architectural roofing shingle instead of 30 year. * Possibly adding a shower stall in second floor masterbath.
